Forget Gemma Atkinson, Karina Bacchi, Carolina Patrocínio, Bipasha Basu and so many another supposed girlfriends of Cristiano Ronaldo. The Spanish model Nereida Gallardo, 24 years old, is the Portuguese expert's new "official" passion.

The news, that had been advanced already by some organs of social communication in the end of March, was confirmed to the magazine Lux for one of the player's from Manchester sisters.

Nereida is dated of my brother. I like her, but the most important is him to like", Kátia Aveiro told to the magazine.

Lux counts although Nereida already knows Cristiano Ronaldo's family, and that the two met each other in a disco in Palm of Majorca.

From that height, Nereida became assiduous presence in the benches of Manchester United stadium. The kisses that the player orders for the air whenever it marks a golo are driven to the Spanish model.

Lux still publishes in the edition of this week a picture of Nereida in Old Trafford's benches and another of the model with Ronaldo's sisters, Kátia and Elma.

Nereida is the first girlfriend that the international Portuguese assumes openly after Merche Romero, with whom dated in 2006.
